Dick Triche
Founder / CEO
Dick is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Officials Management Group (OMG), With decades of experience as a soccer referee, assignor, and business owner, he brings unparalleled expertise and a deep understanding of the intricacies of the game as well as officiating. His career spans all aspects of officiating, from on-field refereeing to the strategic and logistical challenges of managing and assigning officials for events of all sizes across the country. As the driving force behind OMG, Dick is committed to providing top-tier service, ensuring that every event is managed well and staffed with the most highly qualified, professional referees. His passion for the game, combined with his years of hands-on experience, have made him a trusted and highly respected leader in the soccer community who can be counted on to successfully deliver a seamless execution every time.
Alicia Thrasher
COO
As Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Officials Management Group, Alicia brings a wealth of experience and strategic insight as a seasoned operations executive and visionary leader. With a strong technical foundation and a proven track record in both established enterprises and fast-paced startups, Alicia excels in driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and fostering collaboration to achieve strategic goals and growth. At OMG, she leads the organization by implementing cutting-edge management strategies that enhance team performance and operational efficiency. Rick Eddy
Director of Continuing Education and Development
Rick is the Director of Referee Development at Officials Management Group (OMG) and brings decades of experience and a strong dedication to advancing referee education. After retiring from professional officiating in 2006, Rick has focused on mentoring officials, serving as a National Assessor, Instructor, PRO Assessor, and Assistant Referee Coach with the Professional Referee Organization (PRO). Most recently, he served as the Director of Referee Development with the United States Soccer Federation, where he played a key role in developing educational content and shaping the national referee program. At OMG, Rick oversees the development and coordination of continuing education and training programs for referees and referee coaches, working closely with other coaches to enhance the quality of officiating and ensure referees have the tools to succeed at all levels.
Leah Thomas
Director of National Event Operations
Leah is the Director of National Event Operations at Officials Management Group (OMG) combining her extensive experience as a USSF Referee, Referee Assignor, and Event Manager. With a background in soccer from playing at the collegiate level to coaching high school teams, Leah is deeply involved in the development of the game. Leah’s passion for soccer and event management ensures the successful execution of every event, with her enthusiasm and professionalism evident in everything she does.
Jacob Harden
Event Manager
Jacob is Event Manager at Officials Management Group (OMG). As an active USSF assignor and referee with extensive experience in the soccer world, he serves as the referee assignor for various local youth clubs in the Winston-Salem, NC area and has refereed at various levels, from the grassroots level all the way to the collegiate levels. With 15 years of playing experience, seven years of coaching, and a background in event operations, Jacob has a well-rounded understanding of the sport and the ins and outs of event management. His passion for soccer and dedication to supporting local referees make him a key part of OMG’s operations, ensuring every event runs smoothly.
Samantha Moos
Referee Coordinator
Samantha is a Referee Coordinator for Officials Management Group (OMG). She is a highly experienced USSF Referee, College Referee, and Referee Coach. Her qualifications further extend to include being a USSF National Referee, NWSL Assistant Referee, and a USSF State Assessor and Instructor. With extensive leadership roles within the soccer officiating community, she plays a key role in coordinating referee assignments, training, and development, ensuring each event is staffed with qualified officials. Her passion for mentoring new referees and her commitment to the growth of the officiating community make her an invaluable asset to OMG.
Danielle Gawronski
Travel Coordinator
Danielle is the Travel Coordinator at Officials Management Group (OMG), where she leverages her extensive background in higher education career services and community relations to streamline travel and logistics for all our events. With over 20 years of experience in education and program management, Danielle is skilled at evaluating needs and coordinating complex logistics, ensuring smooth and seamless travel experiences for our team and referees. Danielle’s forward-thinking approach and dedication to excellence make her an invaluable asset to OMG, managing every aspect of travel with precision and care.
Grant Amato
Referee Coordinator
Grant is a Referee Coordinator at Officials Management Group (OMG). He is a proven referee and assignor with over 26 years of combined experience in the soccer world. With 16 years of refereeing and 10 years as an assignor, Grant has managed more than 30 tournaments annually across Florida, including the largest 3-day tournament in the country. As a Referee Coordinator at OMG, he works closely with our local assignor network and leagues to ensure that every event and assignment runs seamlessly and efficiently. Grant’s extensive skillset and attention to detail make him an invaluable part of our team, dedicated to delivering seamless event coordination.
Berk Gumus
Referee Coordinator
Berk is a Referee Coordinator at Officials Management Group (OMG). He is a seasoned soccer referee, assignor, and coach with 25 years of experience in both Turkey and the United States. Over the past 17 years, Berk has worked as a Referee, Assignor, and Referee Coach. At OMG, he serves as a key Referee Coordinator, working with our top leagues, such as MLS Next, to ensure seamless daily league and event coordination. His extensive experience and dedication to the growth of the sport make him a vital part of the OMG team, ensuring the highest level of league officiating and event success.
